Now i have something serious.
Thanks to PIW and Kaiser from FB (Piw for the blade and kaiser for the handle :)).
The blade hadn't got any tang pin, i added one :).
now i have my benchmade :).

A family picture of the three last knives out from my workbench that week :).

Hello.

Do You have any larger resolution photos of it?
Is that 42 model?

I'm not a great balisong fan, but I would buy at least that one, just to have it. It's beautiful.

Normaly it's higher def :).

It's a 42s for serration, the blade is an old one in D2 (it seem to me) that remplace a 440c one on the ti handle.

The best way to not have problem with custom in germany and balisong is to received handle and blade in two various package, send with a week space.

that's the way that Armand palacio  (pandayan blade) send his balisong to country where balisong are forbidden.

congratulations, it's a real classic balisong :)
are you sure this one is made of D2 steel? pre-440C BM42's was made of 12C27, i've never heard of any exception.

Thank you .

Today, i discovered i assembly the handle not in the good way (and apparently the bali is not design for change the safe handle of side, the back of the blade hit the spring latch)
I dissassembly today, and put every thing in order. But the kicker of the blade was to important and it was really difficult to close the bali and put the latch. After a little diamond file work. Everything is good.
The spring latch is perfect and soft and it's a pleasure to flip a full size bali. (I thing i have to start making full size bali one day, as soon as i will have a furnace to heat treat
